ICKE Deliver Australia Wide!

A delivery cost will be incurred for all product orders depending on location, and size/weight of items. Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

All online orders will be shipped on Monday to Friday, during regular business hours. A shipping information relevant email is sent once your package has been shipped.

All deliveries made are to street level or kerb side only. If your delivery is required to go upstairs, in a lift or there is a special requirement involved and ICKE is not notified in advance prior to the delivery date, the delivery may be refused by the driver, and you will be required to pay a fee to have the goods redelivered.

If you are not on site at the time of delivery, you will be liable for a second delivery fee.

For items requiring special shipment requirement, ICKE logistic team will reach out prior to shipping with a quote from a qualified shipper.

INSTORE PICKUP

Your online orders also can be picked up at ICKE with the warehouse at 6 Queen Street, Nunawading VIC3131. Your order pick-up confirmation email will be sent once items are ready for pickup in ICKE Warehouse in Melbourne.
