Return Policy
- ICKE ONLY accept order cancellation for custom made or specially ordered goods if the items/ goods have not commenced manufacture. If the order is already under manufacture, it cannot be cancelled, and payment is required in full. Should the customer refuse to pay for the goods, any deposits paid will be forfeited as there is no return on custom made items.
- If any item is in stock, and purchaser wishes to cancel, at least 3 days notice must be given before shipping. Cancellation for orders will not be accepted on the day of shipping.
- If an item is received and is faulty in any way, other than from transport damage, purchaser should notify ICKE immediately by email listing your contact’s name, address, phone, invoice number and take photos to show details of the fault. Purchaser is responsible to check all items before signing for them.
- All goods return other than damaged goods as listed above, a refund will not be given. ICKE will only issue credit note for accepted goods returned. All order return requests must be sent via email within 2 days of delivery.
- All goods returned are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee and will only be accepted if returned in original condition, in original packaging with all original instruction booklets, warranty cards and documents.
- Purchaser is responsible for returning shipping costs. The original shipping costs and original credit card fees will not be refunded.
